Sam’s Club tasked us with raising awareness of their Scan & Go app, which makes shopping trips faster than ever by allowing customers to skip the checkout line. We quickly honed in on speed as the product’s key differentiator—and who better to embody speed than the world’s fastest man, Usain Bolt? To spice things up, we also brought in one of the world’s fastest women, Allyson Felix, a decorated U.S. sprinter who had recently grabbed major headlines for surpassing Bolt’s career gold medal count, a mere ten months after giving birth to her first child.

For Leinenkugel’s 2021 brand campaign, our clients challenged us to create a series of spots that put the product front and center, while capturing the essence of lake life in a fresh, unexpected way. Doesn’t get more unexpected than a beer-fetching dog.

Nobody likes pre-roll ads. The moment one pops up, you immediately find yourself searching for that “Skip Ad” button. We embraced that human behavior with this series of Valspar pre-roll commercials, in which we immediately acknowledge that you, the viewer, can skip this ad ... however, you better not skip this step while painting.
Our reverse-psychology ads performed exceptionally well, achieving a YouTube completion rate of 50%—a full 21 percentage points above the industry average of 29%.

One of the coolest parts of the Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge Theme Park is the lightsaber building workshop. We wanted to bring that experience to the fingertips of every Target guest, so we developed the first-ever “Kyber Finder”, a special Snapchat lens that scans your essence to determine your Kyber crystal and corresponding lightsaber color.

Target’s partnership with Disney is all about bringing the magic of Disney to the Target guest. For this particular campaign promoting a specialty line of Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge Theme Park products, we wanted to inject the Star Wars universe into the everyday world of Target by bringing a collection of inanimate toys to life in magical fashion.

In 2018, we helped Google launch a new subscription product called Google One. It was essentially a rebranding of their Google Drive paid storage service combined with some new features and member benefits. In this announcement video that broke the news from Google’s social channels and The Keyword blog, we aimed to quickly explain this new service from Google and generate some big-time excitement in the tech community.

When the COVID-19 pandemic hit the U.S. in March of 2020, retail workers around the country suddenly found themselves on the front lines of a dangerous virus. Sam’s Club wanted to express their sincere appreciation to every one of their courageous associates, as well the many selfless retail employees serving around the country, which we did through this simple, unvarnished spot thanking employees by name.

Every year, Walmart invites entrepreneurs from around the country to a grand event at their headquarters, in which small business owners can pitch their products to executives in hopes of being picked up by the world’s largest retailer. It’s essentially Walmart’s version of Shark Tank. Since these small business owners had come to Arkansas for the express purpose of delivering their elevator pitch, we thought it only fitting that they have a chance to pitch their products to Walmart’s social following as well. From inside an elevator, of course.

When we took over Valspar’s social media channels in 2018, our first assignment was to create a big repository of content for the year ahead. Wanting to push beyond the typical category tropes of pretty pictures of painted rooms, we leaned heavily into Valspar’s new brand mantra, “When You Do It Right, You Can’t Go Wrong” by sharing insider tips, helpful tutorials, and quirky content, all designed to encourage our audience to get painting.
